My recent stay at the Balkón Boutique Hotel in Playa del Carmen was nothing short of exceptional, truly exceeding my high expectations. The hotel staff went above and beyond by returning a piece of jewellery I had forgotten, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The comfortable rooms, equipped with excellent air conditioning and a well-stocked mini-bar, provided a luxurious retreat after long days of exploration. The lovely terrace was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning, and I can confidently say this hotel will be my go-to whenever I return to Playa del Carmen.
